A national retailer specializing in cut-to-size panels approached us with a need for a durable, visually appealing display stand to showcase their panel range across multiple branches. The solution needed to:

We designed and manufactured two modular display systems tailored to the client’s needs:
- Freestanding Display Stand
- Optimized for efficient panel arrangement and customer interaction
- Engineered for stability and aesthetics, using interlocking puzzle joints for the back panels
- Constructed from 18mm Birch plywood, CNC-cut and routered for precision
- Finished with a hardwearing lacquer for durability in high-traffic retail environments
- Wall-Mounted Display Stand
- Developed for branches with limited floor space
- Mounted securely to walls while maintaining the same visual and structural integrity as the freestanding version
? Flat-Pack & Assembly
To streamline logistics and installation:
- All components were flat-packed into branch-specific kits
- Each kit included:
- Pre-cut, lacquered parts
- All required fixings
- Clear, illustrated assembly instructions
